- Tenant handbook provides information on expectations of tenants and BCPM’s policies and procedures
- Annual report and monthly financial
Maintenance
- In house contractor available 24/7
- Special projects done on bid basis
- Interior and exterior unit inspections
Accounting
- Rent collection by e-payment or check
- Owner payment by check or direct deposit into selected account
- Payment of specified property bills
- Collection of non-payment
- During vacancy, assure utilities are not disconnected. Direct bills to BCPM if you would like them paid from the rental fund
- CPA accounting oversight and owner access
