Dave has been licensed and working in the real estate industry for seventeen years. For 10 years, Dave was a real estate consultant and property manager for the U.S. Dept of Justice. He started the Boise Real Estate Store in 2001 with the intent of providing the highest level of service at the lowest price possible. As a full service brokerage in residential and commercial real estate, he offered the experience and professionalism needed for buyers and sellers to accomplish their goals. Dave founded Boise City Property Management (BCPM) in 2006 to fill the increasing need for quality property management services in SW Idaho. BCPM, as it became known, is an employee owned enterprise that continuously looks for new methods and technology that can reduce costs and increase property value. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Other professional organizations include; Idaho Association of Realtors (IAR), Ada County Association of Realtors (ACAR), Intermountain Multiple Listing Service (IMLS), Realtors Land Institute (RLI), Idaho Rental Owners & Managers Association (IROMA) and the Community Association Institute (CIA). As a member of these organizations, we cannot only perform our job better, but the access to training, resources, and technology greatly benefits our clients.
